Bundle-Up and Embrace Advent: Celebrating Highland’s New Gathering Garden
Sunday, November 24, 9:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m.
This year’s Advent Event, a wonderful time to get ready for the Advent season, is going to have a frosty flair! Instead of gathering in the Fellowship Hall, we’ll be bundling up and enjoying the outdoors in Highland’s new “Gathering Garden,” a fantastic space for children, youth, and adults to play and connect. To keep warm, there will be outdoor heaters and a cozy firepit. We’ve planned fun activities for the kids and teens, while the new picnic area will be perfect for adults to mingle and soak in the festive spirit. Under the Pergola, right outside the Preschool Nursery, we’ll be crafting Christmas wreaths. Plus, we’ll have light breakfast snacks, along with coffee and hot chocolate to keep everyone energized!
Please note: we will have no regular Sunday school on November 26.
